Purple and pastel turnips at once
Today, purple is a completely normal thing, but 500 years ago (let’s face it, not that long ago) purple was a super-ultra-premium product. It was reserved exclusively for kings, princes and the most important figures associated with the church. This was not only culturally related, but – above all – financially. Obtaining purple dye was absurdly expensive, so only people at the very top of the social ladder could afford such a luxury.
Today, purple is available to everyone – and that’s a good thing! It is a beautiful color that is considered the color of creativity. In the Rzep Pastel Violet model, we diluted it with white to obtain a more delicate, slightly calmer shade that can be used as an addition to many styles. Both the calm, more chilled ones as a complement, and as a contrast with something completely bright. In both cases, the effect will be beautiful!
